Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Wear! As a small, family-owned boutique, we truly appreciate your support. Because we carry limited inventory, we kindly ask that you review our return policy before making a purchase.

Returns & Store Credit

We gladly accept eligible returns for store credit within 15 days of the delivery date. We do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition
Free of makeup, stains, pet hair, and odors (including perfume or cigarette smoke)
Returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance items
Jewelry
Handmade soaps

Shoe Returns

Shoes must be returned:

In their original shoe box
With the shoe box placed inside another protective shipping box or mailer

Please do not use the original shoe box as the shipping box. If the original box is damaged or used as the shipping container, a 15% deduction will be applied to your store credit.

Mail-In Returns

If you're returning your purchase by mail:

Your return must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please include your original invoice or packing slip with your return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and your store credit will be issued minus any original shipping and handling fees.

If your return is received after the 15-day return window, it will be declined and returned to you at your expense.

For returns valued at over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Wear is not responsible for lost or missing return packages, and we cannot guarantee receipt of returned merchandise.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style?

Since our inventory is limited and items can sell out quickly, we recommend purchasing the new item right away and returning the original for store credit once it's received.
